Professional Services Agreement

Effective Date: 8/4/2026

This Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between KF Holistic Wellness ("Provider") and the undersigned client ("Client"). By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any service offered by KF Holistic Wellness, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. Our Mission

KF Holistic Wellness is committed to providing compassionate, respectful, and professional holistic wellness services that encourage personal growth, self-awareness, emotional well-being, mindfulness, and spiritual development. Every client is treated with dignity, kindness, empathy, and respect regardless of their background, beliefs, culture, identity, or life experiences. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where clients can explore their personal wellness journey with guidance and encouragement.

2. Nature of Services

KF Holistic Wellness may provide services including, but not limited to:

• Holistic wellness coaching

• Spiritual wellness guidance

• Meditation instruction

• Mindfulness coaching

• Energy wellness practices

• Personal development coaching

• Stress management techniques

• Lifestyle wellness guidance

• Educational workshops

• Online classes

• Group coaching

• Mentorship programs

• Digital educational resources

All services are educational, supportive, and wellness-focused.

3. Professional Standards

• Conduct all services professionally and ethically.

• Treat every client with respect, compassion, patience, and confidentiality.

• Provide honest guidance without manipulation or coercion.

• Maintain clear communication regarding services and expectations.

• Respect each client's personal beliefs, values, and decisions.

• Provide a welcoming environment free from discrimination or harassment.

• Encourage personal responsibility, healthy decision-making, and self-growth.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to Participate honestly and respectfully. Communicate openly regarding goals and expectations. Treat the Provider with courtesy and professionalism. Respect scheduled appointment times. Follow any reasonable program guidelines. Understand that meaningful personal growth requires personal effort and commitment. Accept responsibility for personal decisions made before, during, and after receiving services.

5. Trust and Mutual Respect

The relationship between KF Holistic Wellness and the Client is built upon mutual trust, honesty, integrity, and respect. Both parties agree to: Communicate truthfully. Maintain respectful interactions. Protect each other's privacy. Avoid abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior. Work together in good faith to create a positive wellness experience. Trust is the foundation of effective guidance and support. KF Holistic Wellness is committed to earning and maintaining that trust through professionalism, transparency, and ethical conduct.

6. Confidentiality

Client information will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties with no exception. When necessary to prevent serious harm to the Client or another individual information can help serve any legal and law agencys. Reasonable administrative personnel or technology providers involved in delivering services may have limited access to information solely for operational purposes and are expected to maintain confidentiality.

7. Scope of Guidance

The Client understands that all guidance provided by KF Holistic Wellness is intended to support personal wellness, education, mindfulness, and self-development. Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. The Client is encouraged to consult qualified healthcare, mental health, legal, or financial professionals whenever appropriate.

8. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Every individual is unique. KF Holistic Wellness cannot and does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, spiritual, financial, relationship, or life outcomes. Results depend upon many factors, including the Client's participation, consistency, mindset, effort, and personal circumstances.

9. Professional Boundaries

To maintain a healthy and effective professional relationship: Services are provided during scheduled appointments or approved communication channels. Respectful communication is expected at all times. Harassment, abusive language, threats, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund where permitted by law.

10. Appointments

Clients agree to: Arrive on time. Notify KF Holistic Wellness of cancellations as early as possible. Understand that repeated missed appointments may require rescheduling or discontinuation of services. KF will honor any two re-scheduled and miss appointments, but the third you will subjected to re-order the service of appointment and forfeit the first payment.

11. Fees and Payment

Payment is due according to the pricing and payment terms provided at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.

12. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for completed coaching sessions, educational services, workshops, classes, downloadable products, and digital content are non-refundable.

Requests for exceptions will be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of KF Holistic Wellness.

13. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, written resources, videos, recordings, worksheets, branding, logos, presentations, and content provided by KF Holistic Wellness remain the exclusive property of KF Holistic Wellness.

Clients may use these materials for personal use only and may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell them without prior written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KF Holistic Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in its services.

The Client accepts full responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. KF Holistic Wellness reserves the right to discontinue services if a Client:

• Violates this Agreement.

• Engages in abusive or unsafe behavior.

• Refuses to maintain respectful communication.

• Uses services for unlawful purposes.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which KF Holistic Wellness principally operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Acknowledgment

• Have read this Agreement in its entirety.

• Understand the nature and scope of the services.

• Understand that services are intended for education, guidance, coaching, and wellness support.

• Enter into this Agreement voluntarily.

• Agree to participate with honesty, mutual respect, and professionalism.

• Understand that no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the Client and KF Holistic Wellness regarding the services provided and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements relating to those services.
