CHI (QI) (KI) ENERGY
Chi energy, also known as “Qi” or “Ki,” is a foundational concept in many ancient Eastern spiritual and healing traditions, particularly within Chinese medicine, martial arts, meditation, and holistic wellness practices. Chi is often described as the vital life force energy that flows through all living beings, nature, and the universe itself. It is believed to be the invisible energetic force that supports physical health, emotional balance, mental clarity, and spiritual well-being.
According to traditional teachings, Chi flows throughout the body through energetic pathways known as meridians.
