Purchase, Return, Refund & Service Policy (P&R Policy)

Welcome to KF Holistic & Wellness. By purchasing products, booking services, scheduling appointments, enrolling in memberships, or accessing our website, you agree to the following policies and terms outlined below. These policies are designed to protect both our clients and our business while ensuring professionalism, clarity, and respect for all services provided.

1. GENERAL PURCHASE POLICY

All purchases made through KF Holistic & Wellness are considered final once payment has been successfully processed. This includes:

  • Holistic wellness services

  • Reiki sessions

  • Distant Reiki sessions

  • Spiritual coaching

  • Membership subscriptions

  • Digital products

  • Workshops and classes

  • Event tickets

  • Spiritual products

  • Candles and wellness items

  • Custom services

  • Gift cards and promotional purchases By completing a purchase, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. NO REFUND POLICY

KF Holistic & Wellness maintains a strict no refund policy on all services and products unless otherwise required by law. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed services

  • Missed appointments

  • Late cancellations

  • Membership fees

  • Subscription renewals

  • Digital downloads

  • Spiritual or energy healing services

  • Personalized coaching sessions

  • Custom-made products

  • Client dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or spiritual experiences Due to the energetic, spiritual, educational, and personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. Clients understand that healing, spiritual growth, emotional wellness, and energy work are subjective experiences and results may vary from person to person.

3. APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time.

Cancellation Requirements

  • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

  • No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable.

    Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may receive shortened session times depending on scheduling availability while remaining responsible for full payment.

4. MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Monthly memberships and subscription services automatically renew unless canceled by the client prior to the next billing cycle. Clients are responsible for:

  • Managing their subscription status

  • Updating billing information

  • Canceling recurring payments before renewal dates

Membership Refunds

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for:

  • Unused membership time

  • Failure to use included benefits

  • Early cancellations

  • Missed live sessions

  • Dissatisfaction with content or services

KF Holistic & Wellness reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or offerings at any time.

5. PRODUCT SALES & SHIPPING POLICY

KF Holistic & Wellness offers physical wellness and spiritual products which may include candles, cleansing kits, crystals, herbal products, wellness accessories, and related merchandise.

Shipping Providers

Shipping services may be fulfilled through third-party carriers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Once orders are transferred to the shipping carrier, KF Holistic & Wellness is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier damages

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer and are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before checkout.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If a client receives an incorrect or severely damaged item, they must contact KF Holistic & Wellness within 48 hours of delivery. Clients may be asked to provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of damaged items

  • Shipping packaging photos

  • Proof of delivery

Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. KF Holistic & Wellness reserves the right to deny replacement claims that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or outside the reporting timeframe.

7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ONLINE CONTENT

All digital purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Downloadable guides

  • Online classes

  • Meditation recordings

  • Educational content

  • Membership materials

  • Spiritual teachings

  • Coaching resources

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, copy, resell, or share copyrighted content owned by KF Holistic & Wellness without written permission.

8. HOLISTIC & SPIRITUAL SERVICE DISCLAIMER

KF Holistic & Wellness provides holistic wellness, spiritual support, coaching, Reiki, meditation, and energy-based services intended to support personal growth, emotional wellness, mindfulness, and relaxation.

Our services:

  • Are not medical treatment

  • Do not diagnose illnesses

  • Do not replace licensed healthcare

  • Are not guaranteed cures

  • Should not replace mental health treatment or professional medical advice

Clients are encouraged to seek licensed medical professionals for health-related concerns.

9. CLIENT CONDUCT POLICY

KF Holistic & Wellness maintains a respectful and safe environment for all clients. Harassment, threats, abusive behavior, discrimination, fraudulent claims, chargeback abuse, or inappropriate conduct may result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Membership cancellation

  • Permanent refusal of future services

  • Legal action if necessary

No refunds will be issued in these situations.

10. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

Clients agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for valid purchases and completed services. If a chargeback is initiated without valid cause, KF Holistic & Wellness reserves the right to:

  • Provide evidence of agreement and service fulfillment

  • Pursue collection efforts

  • Ban future purchases or bookings

  • Seek legal remedies where applicable

11. POLICY CHANGES

KF Holistic & Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Updated policies become effective immediately upon posting to our website or business platforms.
